Subscription Cancellation

"At A Party" does not currently sell subscriptions: everything you buy is a one-off purchase, so there is nothing to cancel. If we offer a subscription in future, this is how to cancel it. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us.

On iPhone

1. Open the Settings app and tap your name at the top.
2. Tap Subscriptions, choose "At A Party", and tap Cancel Subscription.

On Android

1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose "At A Party", and tap Cancel subscription.

Need help?

If you can't cancel, let us know via our contact form and include the email address you used to register your "At A Party" account.

Important

Deleting the "At A Party" app from your device, or closing your "At A Party" account, does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it using one of the methods above, or Apple or Google will keep charging you.
